We have the great satisfaction of being the successful tenderer of the wood carpentry project for the New Four Seasons Hotel that is located in Canalejas Center in Madrid, very close to Puerta del Sol. The Canadian hotel chain Four Seasons will open in 2019 a five star hotel with 200 rooms which will be the first one of the firm in Spain and will become the most luxurious in Europe. It will occupy 26.000 m2 and will feature two restaurants, banquet rooms and a 1.500 m2 spa.
The Canalejas Center in Madrid is one of the most important urban interventions developed in Europe in recent times since it encompasses the remodeling of seven historical buildings. The project that is being executed implies tackling construction and architectural challenges to adapt the buildings to its new uses, respecting the patrimonial value. Furthermore, Canalejas Madrid Center is following a building process according to the requirements of Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) certifications for the obtaining the Leed Gold Category granted by US Green Building Council (USGBC).
